This building is located in the mazzo di rho industrial area, at a walking distance from the new modern milano fair complex. The reconversion of a 1960 block of flats into a modern condo gave us the opportunity to undertake the challenge of reclaiming the attics, as well as the more classical task of searching for an architectural language which is poised between a housing project and an industrial one. The choice of the new covering, of the materials and colours is a tribute to the functional promiscuity of modern cities and a homage to architectural modes free from any linguistic superstructure which were specific to the sixties.
