The villa dates back to the 60s and has been completely restored maintaining the generosity of the original spaces and materials. The project has thus combined materials and existing forms with contemporary needs, seeking modern elements that were able to strengthen the spirit of the building and enriching the interior with elements of classic or contemporary design, always in harmony with the style of the villa, in a continuous dialogue between past and present. Attention to external solutions for the building and for the small garden focuses on materials, colors and textures with minimal shapes. The interiors are equipped with modern technological tools, camouflaged in a textured leather that gives form to an elegant domesticity.
